This Snake Does Something No Human Should Have To Witness

Jararaca

Even though this Brazillian snake is very deadly, we will overlook it since a peptide found in it is used to treat hypertension and some congestive heart failures. But the symptoms that usually follow a bite include swelling, bruising, and blistering of the injured limb. A victim can also bleed out from the gums randomly over a while and from parts of the skin without clotting. The Jararaca or Yarara is also on a generalist diet and does all its hunting at night. During the day, it enjoys taking shelter in foliage. What else do we find attractive about this snake? It uses a special dance to attract its prey. Wagging its white tail in an attractive way to lure them close enough and the camouflage which the remaining parts of its body enjoy allow it to sneak up on them and attack effortlessly.
