Sarah Cudd was a Captain in the Army based out of Fort Knox, Kentucky. As part of her training, the 29-year-old joined her colleagues from the Public Health Command to face an especially grueling challenge.

She had to carry a 70 pound bag and walk 12-miles and she had trained and prepared herself for this task.
