Some audiences and critics claimed this movie was unrealistic, but that didn\\’t stop anyone from watching it. It followed the supporting role, John, and the titular character, a teddy bear as John was an only child with no friends who wished for a live teddy bear and got it as the wish hit a shooting star.
Later into childhood, John has a girlfriend he wants to marry, but Ted can’t handle it as he believes it’ll ruin their years of friendship. To this end, they had to storm through different weather, including the kidnapping of Ted, which eventually brings them closer. Ted was released in June 2012, and it was a hit. The movie grossed $549.4 million in the box office and its sequel, Ted 2, hit the cinemas in 2015.
