Triumph TR7
The TR7 was supposed to be released in 1974, but was delayed to 1975 for the US and 1976 for the UK. The delay turned out to be a bad omen, as the car had an overwhelming amount of maintenance problems that made it incredibly expensive to own.

The PT Cruiser was a retro-style car from Chrysler, attempting to use nostalgia to gain sales. However, consumers preferred modern cars, and the PT Cruiser didn’t perform as well as those modern cars, so it didn’t sell well.
