Shocking Borders
It’s pretty normal for a country to guard its boundaries. That’s what most countries do. But for a country that averages just about two hours of daily power supply to have electric borders is ‘shocking,’ to be candid. The fence around North Korea is electric, meaning more money is spent on keeping the border ‘safe’ than giving the citizens a decent living. Who needs light when you can keep your citizens in the dark and at the same time prevent them from leaving to other countries?
