Okay, they have bathrooms too. So what? You may want to look again. This is North Korea, nothing is as it seems in this country, and you’re about to find out why. This bathroom has water, a bathtub, and a mirror, just about what an average bathroom would look like. But this is no ordinary bathroom. The water you see in the bathtub isn’t for showers. In fact, you could be lynched for ‘wasting’ that amount of water to bath. Instead, it is for drinking and other household chores. That’s not all; the water runs from underground through a water pump. It is even more bizarre to know this is a usual way of life in North Korea.
