Highways or Low-ways?
If you check two to three dictionaries, chances are you’ll find the word ‘busy’ or its synonyms in the definition of a highway. This is quite right because the average highway around the world is bustling with cars racing from one end to another like in a competition. In North Korea, things are different, like you would already know. There is limited travel because of strict documentation and high restrictions, so North Koreans just stay in their homes. That being said, you are more likely to find people walking along and in the middle of a highway than vehicles.
