An Employee Insulted A Customer, But She Was Only Apologetic When She Saw Him The Day After

Reality dawns

This manager didn’t know who Collins was or what kind of power he wields on a good day, and she didn’t seem to even think in this direction. But one thing always occurred to Collins whenever he wasn’t in his uniform, and it helped him get a clear sense of how people see and behave towards him. This vacation strategy has always proven to be successful, except now, of course. Baker realized he wouldn’t be treated with the respect he deserved as a senior citizen. He began to feel mistreated as more customers, and even passersby became aware of the situation as it was expectedly causing a scene.

Measuring the effrontery

Collins began to scan the room for the few ears and eyes that were paying attention to him. As he realized, practically everyone in the restaurant was staring at him, his face flushed, and his tummy felt tighter out of a feeling of embarrassment. He didn’t know anyone there, but he started to wonder whether some of the customers could recognize him. He thought to himself that even if they did, then they would never imagine that a restaurant would have the audacity to approach him in this manner.
