An Employee Insulted A Customer, But She Was Only Apologetic When She Saw Him The Day After

As Collins started to get more frustrated over waiting in line and how the attendants didn’t seem ready to attend to him anytime soon, this helped to confirm even more that this restaurant was a no-no for Collins. On the other hand, it is worthy of note that this gentleman was already on a restricted diet that had moved from about four meals a day to 2 meals alone, and so he was careful with whatever he sent going down his stomach and through his throat. But he wasn’t even thinking of all this when he patiently waited in line for 45 minutes. The thought of the food going down his throat consoled him, and also, as part of his job, he had learned to be careful while dealing with people.

Queued up and Not Loving it

As much as Collins had been patient and wanted to be even more patient, the odds were against him as we all know that a hungry person gets cranky if not properly cared for. And so over time, Collins reached out for an exchange to the waitress attending to the queue, and even though he expected her to put simple, reassuring words out in the air, she responded angrily and truly…it sort of frustrated Collins, I mean who wouldn’t after all this.
