Moving on
Rob picked himself up. He focused on his work and his family and friends were there through the dark days. After his graduation, he got a good desk job at a marine research institute. It was safe and provided financial and mental security for him. He got a nice home in a quiet neighborhood in the suburbs and was comfortable. He liked where his life was. He had moved on from the auditorium ordeal and was doing fine for himself. Until one day, two years after, he got the most unexpected phone call.
