This Snake Does Something No Human Should Have To Witness

Boomslang

The boomslang is one of the special species in its family that is dangerous to humans. It is highly venomous, and its common name means ‘tree snake’. As it is named, trees are their natural habitat and can climb to the highest top. They are considerably long, and while adult males usually come in light green, adult females may be brown. With its large eyes, this snake has excellent eyesight and will not miss when it opens its jaw at 170 degrees to bite. Victims of this bite may die as a result of internal and external bleeding. The venom of the boomslang is slow to act out, but after hours of the bite, the effects would include damage to the tissues in the muscles or brain and can cause sleepiness and mental disorders.

The boomslang is timid but does not attempt to catch it or kill it. If you do, make sure you’re successful before it bites you.
