This Snake Does Something No Human Should Have To Witness

Red-Bellied Black Snake

The upper parts of this two-colored beauty are glossy black, the flanks are bright red or orange, and the belly is pink or dull red. It is not violent and usually avoids human contact, but if provoked, it can attack. Even though its venom can cause serious illness, no deaths have been reported due to its bite.

Red bellied black snake

The red-bellied black snake, found in woodlands, forests, and swamplands, frequently travels into surrounding metropolitan areas. It hunts its major prey item, frogs, fish, reptiles, and small mammals, in bodies of shallow water, sometimes with tangles of water plants and logs. Overall, the red-bellied snake is a gentle guy, and because it rarely makes contact with humans, we can’t seem to find records of him being a bad boy.
