This Snake Does Something No Human Should Have To Witness

Eastern Brown Snake

Australia and New Guinea happens to be the major hosts of this species but significantly Australia. Eastern Brown Snake is a proud family member of the Elapidae‘s. Drawn from its name, this snake is brown, although the upper part of their skin can come in different variations like pale brown and black. Its underpart can also come in cream yellow with grey or orange splotches. And yes, Mr brown snake also holds a record. It is known to be the second most venomous land snake, next to the Inland Taipan(we’ll get to this legend in a bit). Males and females mate around October, and adult males engage in combat to win the mate. ‘Mate mate’…get it?

As mentioned earlier, its venom is award-winning and very potent. It is responsible for most deaths caused by Snakebites in Australia.  It is also very important to note that the Eastern Brown Snakes are fast-moving snakes, and they can outrun a person running at full speed. If you had any ideas to provoke it and take it to your heels, now is the time to change your mind.
