6/13 – The M134 General Electric Minigun
Though it may sound like a cake decorating appliance, this little weapon can cause some real damage in trained hands. Not all that heavy to carry – a strapping young man should be able to lift and maneuver the 80 pound gun, that isn’t that mini at all, with not much effort. The mini is a bit of a misnomer as it refers to any externally powered ( in this case, electric motor) rotary-style gun of rifle caliber, as opposed to it’s bigger brother which fires rotary rounds of auto cannon shells.
